Creating Solutions
Hello, I'm Neo, a product designer passionate about solving problems.
My life has been full of creative experiences
I am driven by a need to gain a deep understanding of how things work and to solve problems. As a child, I was the kid with his face in a book of facts, always asking others ‘why.’ As I got older, I spent time in my dad's shop and became obsessed with making things. All kinds of little gadgets and toys for myself. As I got older, I kept this curiosity and creative force going through to today, which has shaped my path through education and career outlooks.
I have a diverse, multi-disciplinary background that allows me to see problems uniquely and communicate with people in all roles and outlooks. At the University of Rochester, I studied Digital Media Studies, a melding of technology and design to better understand human-computer interaction. While at the University of Rochester, I minored in Studio Art and business, as well as taking classes in economics, statistics, and sustainability to broaden my horizons. Currently, I am in the Rutgers Master of Business and Science Program, where I am honing my skills in design and business with a concentration in Product Design. This background lets me see problems in an artistic, scientific, business, and technical light, in addition to creating practical solutions for them.
I have had work experience in pharma and education, and it has taught me that I want my work to exist to help people. Through internships with Pfizer and a project with Johnson & Johnson, I’ve seen how big of an impact work in user experience and product design can have on people. As a teaching assistant, substitute teacher, paraprofessional, and grandson of a teacher, I have a huge appreciation for education and the power it gives people. I am excited about the opportunity to work in these fields and others like them, with my unique view, acquired skills, and problem-solving ability.
Can you guarantee results?
We will work together until you are satisfied with the result, with no extra charge to you! Customer satisfaction and quality of work are my two chief concerns.
What programs do you design in?
I have experience in the Adobe Suite for graphic design as well as photo and video editing. For 3D modeling, I work primarily in Autodesk Fusion 360, with experience in Blender, Creo Parametric, and OnShape. I use Figma for developing interactive digital Prototypes and wireframes.
How fast will I receive my design?
We'll work together to set a timeline. I work across multiple media, and working in each one takes its own time. I am as flexible as possible to meet your needs!
